Material Strength

Material strength is considered to be the strength of the walls and floors. For the sake of simplicity, wall and floor strength are noted as one and the same, but there will be situations where they may be different: in particular, dealing with large pieces of equipment. A floor can support a load equal to its material strength +2CS over time, and a higher amount for temporary periods (people walking on it). Material strength is considered similar through-out, though light-weight openings (windows, doors) will create weak spots that a hero (or villain) can crash through.
