Energy Detection
The hero can detect and identify energy and related phenomena. The power can only detect actual energy, not potential energy (it couldn't detect a bomb until it explodes, for example). Likewise, while it can detect the energies consciously emitted by superhumans, it cannot detect the superhumans themselves. Rank determines range.
